Congratulations to Matt Carter, winner of the 2023 RS700 Rooster National Tour. This year twenty five RS700s competed in five events with three to count: Stokes Bay, the Salcombe Gin RS Summer Regatta at HISC, Weymouth Regatta, Lymington Dinghy Regatta, and finally the Rope4Boat Inlands at Chew.
