RS Circuit Sponsors 2002

Gul International We are delighted to announce that our relationship with Gul International continues into its third season with title sponsorship of the 2002 RS Grand Slam series. Gul have provided valuable support over the years, through both financial input to the Association and literally hundreds of prizes. Walk around the boat park at any event and you'll see plenty of great Gul gear being worn by RS sailors. Many of you know Mike Pickering (Mr Gul) and we hope to see him at a number of events again this season. Fat Face Great news is that we have a new sponsor for the RS Racing Circuit and the RS Eurocup. Fat Face clothing is right up our street. They started out selling clothing to skiers in the Alps, and have grown to encompass watersports and other outdoor pursuits. They have about fifty shops and a thriving mail order business, so there must be one near you! Their slogan of "clothing for the life out there" sums it up! The Association will sell specially designed Fat Face RS T-shirts and sweatshirts under a supply arrangement linked to the sponsorship package. This will ensure that you lot look great and the Association finances benefit. Fat Face prizes will also be up for grabs on the relevant Circuits. Support the Sponsors! Sponsorship is vital to sport as a whole and from our own perspective it allows membership fees to remain low and the Circuit events to be run to a high standard. It is only right that we support our sponsors in every possible way! The Association, with the help of LDC Racing Sailboats, will be working hard to maximise the sponsor's exposure in very many ways. You will be issued with graphics to display on your hull or mainsail when you first enter a Circuit event. Please apply them as directed and leave them on for the season. Gul logos will be placed on the hull near the bow, as before, and Fat Face logos will go on the mainsail, just above the foot. And finally, when you next need a new wetsuit or a fleece, think Gul and Fat Face. They're as good as you'll get! A big welcome to both companies and we look forward to seeing you in the bar!
