As at 22 Nov 24:
RS100 Chew Inlands CANCELLED!
Message from your RS100 Chair and Club Event Host David Smart:
“With Storm Bert bearing down on the UK, the forecast for this weekend at Chew is rather too breezy, with gusts over 50 knots. Therefore, after consultation with the sailors entered, the PRO and the club, we have taken the decision to cancel the event.
We never like to cancel, as many volunteers have put a lot of effort into planning this revised Inlands and especially after the original event was cancelled two weeks ago due to a lack of wind. We know sailors have been looking forward to the final event of the season, but it is the sensible thing to cancel and hope for more friendly winds next year.”
Thanks
David
