Welcome

Grafham WSC are looking forward to hosting you for your Inland Championship!

This is the final event in the Rooster National Tour for all the fleets and so will include the Tour Prizegiving.

Schedule

Registration: 0900 to 1030 on Saturday 3rd October 

Briefing:        1030 on Sunday 4th October

Entry

Entry fee until 2359 on Friday 18th September 2026 is £65 for a double-handed dinghy and £60 for a single-handed dinghy. 

A late entry supplement of £10 per boat will apply for entries received after this date. Entries at registration at the discretion of the Organising Committee, £75.

Boats helmed by a GWSC member who has registered a boat at GWSC should enter and pay the full entry fee as normal.  However after the event they can claim back the race management element of the entry fee from the GWSC office.

Food and Drink

Lisa and her team will be providing great catering all weekend including a Saturday night meal when the cheap bar will be open!

Menu and booking TBC

Please note that a minimum of 25 will be required for the evening meal to be viable, but with 3 fleets, that shouldn't be a problem! We do hope you will all support the club on Saturday evening.

Camping

Campers and camper vans are welcome, pre booking is available online here . Pre-booking of camper vans is essential. There is a charge of £15 per night for Campervans, £10 per night for Camping (please note – NO caravans – GWSC lease does not allow them).

Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
