Your Castle Cove Party Plan: Social and Catering

 
Castle Cove Club have organised you a smashing shoreside social and catering plan. 
 
The galley will be open from 0830hrs every race day (and from 1200hs Wed) and be ready to serve you bacon butties, sandwiches, cake etc, and hot and cold drinks.  Pay for food at the galley with cash.
 
Come ashore pasta with tea, coffee or squash available to buy as a 4 day package for £10. 
 
The bar will be open every afternoon and evening after sailing. 
 
You can eat a two course evening meal at the club at every day except Thursday.  You can buy your tickets as part of your online entry to keep it simple.  You will also be able to buy tickets at registration but it would be a great help to the caterers if you could order ahead.  Please let me know if you have any specific dietary requirements at [email protected]

1830hrs CCSC Commodore's Reception
 
1900hrs CCSC Evening meal: Lasagne, apple pie and custard £6.50
 
DAY ONE: Thurs 20 Aug

1700hrs CCSC Bar opens
 
1730hrs RS700 AGM in the Club House
 
1830hrs Meet at the Club house for walking bus to The Wyke Smugglers
 
1900hrs The Wyke Smugglers Skittles Night: curry feast then pudding or chocolate fountain, skittles, darts, quiz, games, bar with 3 real ales and alcoholic and non-alcholic cocktails. DAY TWO: Fri 21 Aug

1800hrs RS800 AGM in the Club House
 
1930hrs The famous CCSC BBQ: Meats and salad, pudding £10
 
DAY THREE: Sat 22 Aug

1700hrs CCSC Bar opens
 
1930hrs CCSC Evening meal: Moroccan tagine, pudding £10
 
And 1930hrs the Ceilidh with "Swing Your Partner".  Kate Carpenter and her amazing 3 piece Ceilidh band will play us background music as we eat and then have us all up dancing and having a fab time!
 
DAY FOUR: Sun 23 Aug

1300hrs CCSC Bar opens
 
Prizegiving in the Club House as soon after racing as possible
 
Then safe journey home
 
 

 

 
Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
