No more than 4 races per day
Back to back racing
Race length 45 mins for first boat
Separate starts for RS700 and RS800 fleets

Arrival:

Drive to CCSC where you will be welcomed by CCSC Beach Crew.  
 
CCSC are very happy for you to arrive on Wednesday and go for a shake out sail.
 
Registration:

Wed 19 Aug in the CCSC Chart Room 1500-1700hrs
Thurs 20 Aug in the CCSC Chart Room 0900-1200hrs
Sat 22 Aug (for week end entry) in the CCSC Chart Room 0900-1000hrs

Please note that you will be given two Volvo hull stickers to stick on your either side of your dinghy hull as close to the bow as possible.  The Volvo logo has changed very slightly so you will need to remove the 2014 stickers and put on new ones.   You will also be given one Harken boom sticker to stick on the starboard side of the boom as far aft as possible.  Harken is our event equipment sponsor and will generously supporting the event with lots of groovy kit including a free competitor goody bag which you will be given at registration.
 
Race Briefing:

Thurs 20 Aug: 1230hrs on the CCSC balcony (or inside the Club House if it is grotty weather)
 
Noticeboard: Any changes or additions to race and event details will be posted on the Clubhouse noticeboard

Racing:

Thurs 20 Aug: 2 races back to back, first race start time 1400hrs

Fri 21 Aug: 3 races back to back, first race start time 1130hrs

Sat 22 Aug: 3 races back to back, first race start time 1130hrs

Sun 24 Aug: 2 races back to back, first race start time 1130hrs

Launching and recovery:

You will launch and recover your boat from the CCSC beach.

Refund policy:
If you cancel your entry before the early entry deadline we will refund all fees, minus a £15 admin fee. If you cancel after the early entry deadline, but before online entry closes our standard policy is to return 50% of fees. Where an event entry limit has been reached a refund will only be issued if another boat from the waiting list takes your place. If you cancel after entry closes we will not usually issue a refund.
